Who We Are

   JIm Simpson

   Jim Simpson is a native Detroiter. He attended the South Lake schools then majored in Secondary Education at Eastern Michigan University.

  Jim spent 45 years in the retail automotive industry, starting as a file clerk and progressing his way through the industry to the postion of Vice President and General Mangaer . Jim  managed two of the largest Chrysler dealerships in the Nation.

  As a Certified Trainer and expert in the Disc Behavioral Instrument Program he uses these proven tools to help each Team Member excel. 

   Jim has attained  success by being able to create High-Performance Teams who work together to be the Very Best They Can Be.

   Jim uses this same philosophy in his association with Vistage Michigan.  As  a Chair of Vistage Michigan, the Worlds Largest and most successful Organization of CEO'S, Jim moderates and coaches two Groups of Exceptional Leaders,coaching them to become even more successful at their businesses and in their personal lives.
