Jim facilitated our first-ever strategic planning session.  We have a large, national outside sales force, and most of our representatives are not professional salesmen.  Jim prepared by first spending hours learning about our business and business model and then exploring what we thought our big challenges were.  Then, Jim showed us how to look broadly at our industry and what might affect our busiesss in coming years-locally, regionally and nationally.  As company CEO, one of my best lessons was that one solution won't necessarily work for the entire company.  Jim also taught our agents on the DiSC listening method, which they absolutely loved, and have put into use.  Slince using Jim's help, we have doubled our botom-line profit even in this difficult economy!

Jim is an amazing human being.  He is a man that I respect and admire.  He has been a pillar of strength since my father's passing.  He is not afraid to speak the truth.  He is a great teacher who I consider one of my closest friends.  He has guided me through some very choppy water with my siblings and we are all much better off because he tells it as he sees it.  He is a true mentor for me.  He is a great leader that demands results.  I have great love for the man who calls himself Jim Simpson.  You are a very important person in Tec 11.

WOW!  To say that Jim Simpson is inspiring would be an understatement.  Jim is a visionary that has taught me how to sort through the stuff that keeps us down.  His ability to empower people and know that they will be able to handle anything that comes their way is an incredible feat, Jim has done that.  Knowing that he is a nationally top ranked Chrysler dealership in Richmond, Michigan has shown me that anything is possible.  What I most appreciate...Jim, and his true willingness to dig in, he REALLY wants to help others succeed.
